Better handling of former names.
Options:
- Redirection - but what to do for inclusion?
- Do an archive search when we come to a name we don't know how to handle. Then on the create-new-card page we offer links to all pages that formerly had that name. That way there's less namespace hogging, more information, and still incentive to update old links. --Ethan

Redirects don't quite work in the wagn world, because as often as not cards are included, and what do you do with them there? --Ethan
Good question - two options are rendering them as the card being redirected to, or implementing redirection with text that includes a link, and just rendering that. One thing redirection handles that the other solution doesn't is when you don't want to "update" a card name - e.g., i want to be able to tag things with nvc but click on that link and go to Nonviolent Communication.
