I'm a Technical Artist that has been looking at alternatives to TRAC. Right now we use TRAC as our Wiki and Bug Tracking. Well... we're SUPPOSED to. But most employees don't really use it because it's intimidating to look at. Also, we can't have separate issue tracking for multiple projects.

Were you able to find everything about Wagn that you needed to decide whether it might be of use to you? We've actually built a bit of bug tracking using Wagn. It takes a bit of configuration ("wagneering"), but it's great how integrated the result is.
Let me know if I can help you think through how you might use wagn.
