View Pointers as links and more

When including Pointers (and Searches), want to be able to specify that the card(s) they return are to be viewed as links or names, or just the content, or as open cards (as well as the closed card view that is the default).

item: <view> should support all the same options that view:<view> does.

implemented item:xxx where xxx becomes the view mode of the "pointee" transclusions in rendered pointer. did not implement shortcut for view:, and also not the separator is currently ';' not ','. --LWH, March 23 2008

when we document this, we should also document that if you don't have a colon in your attribute, we interpret it as a view:

<card>|<view> is now equivalent to <card>|view:<view>

Except for the view:-optionality this is busted, Search items come up line, Pointer items come up name. See http://sandwagn.wagn.org/wagn/company
