Log out and go to Bugs+examples
and click on "Add +hard template save bug". It says connecting to
server... then done. Should take you to the "Regrettably...Sorry,
anonymous (not signed in) users don't have permission..." page where
you can register or log in. (Note that this is not the problem the example was designed to show.)
