Right now when you try to change a cardtype from one that you don't have delete permission for, you get a message that you don't have permission to delete that card, and it's confusing. ("I wasn't trying to delete the card.")

Tried to delete http://test.dwagn.org/card/edit/yet_another_type and got: TYPE: can't be altered because yet another type is a Cardtype and cards of this type still exist ...but I'm not altering the type, I'm just trying to delete it.
