Early in a life-cycle there are often plus cards that we don't want to see, but which later in the life-cycle we want to be auto-filled (e.g. status/priority in Tickets; "+Final Data completed" for Early Steps). One general way to handle this is to create the plus cards in the initial stage but have them not be visible.
