If you go to rename a card that's hard-formatted, and in a search result or included, the rename interface only replaces the first card slot in the multi-edit instead of all of them.
Add +solution
Go to User, open anyone's card, then click on Edit then the name subtab.

I think this was an older fix, but it seems to be fine now, no?
Not sure what I'm testing for. I renamed http://test.dwagn.com/hoedads and immediately afterward double-clicked to edit the second slot and it was fine.
