feature suggestion: rename image folder+issues
we use railsmachine to host a wagn wiki.
I had the file and image folders set to be moved to shared in capistrano, so that uploaded files do not get deleted when doing a deploy.
However when upgrading to 0.13.0 i see that you have added a number of files to the image directory. This creates a conflict when trying to move this folder to shared folders.

I'm pretty sure there are no images in image/ in git. Maybe I made a mistake packaging up the tarball. It should be safe to remove those files and use your own sym-linked file/ and image/ directory, that's what we do.
