renaming a card doesn't move it off the redirect list (or correct its name there), so if you rename and then delete, the redirection is to the wrong place.

Created fake me in, renamed it to fake me out and deleted it, and got redirected to an offer to create fake me in.
Same thing happens if you rename a card, then immediately create a new card by another name and delete it.
