deployed to staging and live. this is a first spike but it seems fairly simple so I'm hoping we might be able to run with it.

I think I'd like to move more complex naming schemes for plus cards etc. for a different time & ticket, unless we have immediate need for them. word.

low pri: Current behavior from http://test.dwagn.org/card/new is that if you switch to and then from a type with autoname, the name is set and uneditable, even when you switch to a tpye that is not autonamed. It seems more flowful to me to have it go back to being a text box.
