the search has "found by":"open", but "open" is not a search ticket. that much makes sense. It then proceeds to render the "open" card; not quite as clear on why that happens.
Thanks; that got me on to the next step of what i was trying to do.
So do we close this, or keep it to remind us to explore further why it renders open?
