Here's this ticket's discussion card, view:closed. Try opening it and editing it, or just adding a comment. When you comment or save, it jumps closed. Happens if you just click on the View tab, too. (This is why i upped priority to high.) --John

I fixed the edit and the view cases. don't have great automated tests for these, but tested closed and content views in browser and I think I'm getting the desired behavior.
