Add +issue
- http://earlysteps.wagn.org/new/Idea offers to create a Paper Proposal (after renaming Idea to Paper Proposal)
- I created http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/name_test+person and included it on http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/foo
- Then i renamed it to "name test+people" and it offered to update foo (btw, is that the default now on purpose?), but didn't. If you go to http://test.dwagn.org/wagn/name_test+people it offers to create "name test+person"
- And if you look at Recent there, "name test+people" shows up without any edited/updated.
- Perhaps related - added InterWiki, and include cards across wagns+tag had "interwiki" but acted like InterWiki didn't exist. In link view it went to InterWiki, but in closed view it said "ADD INTERWIKI" and i was able to create it. Now interwiki and InterWiki both exist!

interwiki and InterWiki have different keys. nothing weird there.
The name test+people is highly strange. I can't reproduce the issue with any other combination. I think it has something to do with the fact that person and people have the same key (it knows about that pluralization). Until we find some more instances, I don't think we can act on this.
OK, I can't say that I fully understand this, but i tried this again and was getting server errors. there was a busted old card on the test dwagn with a tmp key called "name test+people". I deleted that and everything seems to be working fine now.
Not completely satisfying, but I don't think there's much left to do here...
