Just seems like a good idea. Brief user story: I often see a card i think is junk and would like to delete if there's nothing in Related/incoming and /plusses, so i'd like that to find everything.

What's not found right now in the Related tab of "samplecard":

1. samplecard inclusions or links that haven't been created. Partly? ticketed: find Pointer items that aren't yet cards
2. {{_left+samplecard}} (e.g., in a form - and if "card name+*rform" is a Search, there won't be a bunch of plus cards to be found either). track relative inclusions
3. track card names in default content links
4. track links that use absolute or relative URLs
